GitHat Inc.(“we”, “us”) operates GitHat and the apps listed at /showcase. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to opt out.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and the social provider you used to sign in.
- Authentication events: sign-in timestamps, IPs, and user-agent strings — used to detect fraud and to ship the audit log you can view in your account.
- Payment data: handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor through the SebasTN payment layer. We never see card numbers.
- App-specific data:whatever you give to the specific app (e.g. ClickReserv stores your bookings). See each app's own privacy notice.
Why we collect it
To run the service. We do not sell your data, do not run third-party ad pixels on authenticated pages, and do not share data with data brokers.
How to opt out
Delete your account from your account page. We honor deletion within 30 days; legal-retention data (audit logs required by SOC 2) is anonymized rather than deleted.
