By using GitHat or any app listed at /showcase, you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
Acceptable use
Don't use GitHat to: send spam, run phishing campaigns, distribute malware, infringe copyrights, or process payments for anything we'd be embarrassed to defend in court. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any of the above without notice.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime; Enterprise plans get a written 99.99% SLA with credits. Status at status.githat.io.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. No consequential or indirect damages. This is standard SaaS practice — we'll insure against the rest.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days (audit logs required by SOC 2 are anonymized, not deleted).
